Super Powered Legends: Paragons

International Heroes

In 2009, with the newly-enacted Treaty of Lisbon, the European Union ratified the creation of the Paragons: a superhuman law enforcement team to operate within the borders of any EU nation and protect its citizens. Here is a handful of the more noteworthy team members:

• Borealis (PL 11) – a speedster from Greece
• Druid (PL 9) – mystic and teleporter from Scotland
• Ice Princess (PL 10) – wolf shapeshifter from the “Frozen North”
• Stalwart (PL 10) – an athletic parkour master from France
• Victor (Siegerin) (PL 9) – Powered armor user from Germany and Woodwose (PL 9) – a green yeti-looking monster from the Netherlands
